Nathan Goddard Real Estate adheres to the strictest ethical and legal standards of the real estate industry.
Nate Goddard Real Estate operates under the Casey Group Real Estate, LLC in Greer. The broker-agent accountability is incredibly important. Weekly meetings with the broker in charge, continuing education, and seminars ensure clients are getting the best and most up-to-date services as real estate law and the mortgage industry is ever-changing or continually being modified.
Nate Goddard has lived in Greer for over 25 years and has enjoyed watching the growth and expansion of his home community. He was in the medical profession for 12 years and has taken that compassion and experience in helping people and applied it to a successful real estate career. Nate spends time getting to know his customers, their goals, wants, and needs. He views his role as more than helping people sell and buy real estate but carrying the load for them and being their advocate in the process. This is why he has clients who have returned to use his professional advice and services.
Outside of real estate, Nate is husband and father to two boys. His family enjoys just about anything outdoors. You can find them on off days hiking, boating, playing, or watching community sports. The Upstate is the ideal place for Nate and his family because there is so much to do with the mountains, lakes, parks, and sports venues or opportunities. Nate and his family are active in their church.

Treating people with respect and compassion is the first step in any relationship whether professional or personal. Listening and getting to know my clients is the only way to help them achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams as a family, couple, or business owner. Real estate clients share a lot of private information whether it’s lifestyles, living situations, financial information, or what have you. It is a sacred trust and I take it very seriously. Helping people achieve a goal or live out their dream is so fulfilling.
